Growing up in South Africa, I was exposed to the most incredible tribal cultures and their rhythms. I have been fascinated by tribal dance and music all my life. When I remix or dj a set, I like using rare tribal beats from Zulu Africa or deep from the Australian Aborigine, often re-mastering the sounds with current top-40 club vocals or progressive house.
